What organ meat were you eating? Have you looked into vitamin A toxicity? Thiamine may be helping people because it binds to aldehydes.. welp turns out the so called vitamin A also comes out as retinaldehyde.

Mainly liver, a bit of heart.
No. Haven’t looked into vitamin A toxicity. Will look into it.

Have you heard of the Coimbra Protocol? I haven't researched it enough but seems promising for various autoimmune issues. I think there are a few threads on the forum about it. Basically high dose vitamin D treatment
