Heart issues after starting thyroid

I had high thyroid antibodies and rt3 in the end. I had to lay off everything that stimulates thyroid. Took me a good few months for adrenaline/stress hormones to come back down. For someone like me, you have to start very very slowly on thyroid, also not sure on desicatted thyroid, it's hard to measure and high in T4. I should of stuck to pharmaceutical instead.
