has anyone used these? just wondering what experiences have been.

ive just started with 10mg daily. trying to fond the right dose. taking it for PMDD so only last 2 weeks of cycle.

ive been reading peat articles trying to find an idea of proper dosing

any help / comments would be appreciated

I don't know anything about troches.
Progest-e dosage varies a lot from person to person. I went with starting progest-e at 5 x 3drops x 5/day (ie ~10mg x 5/day), intended to do two weeks on two weeks off, but didn't want to stop once I started. After more than year, I've more recently I've reduced to 3 drops x 2/day. Some women can reduce to just one 10 mg dose.
