As a PE sufferer, I did consider this. However, antibiotics exert powerful anti-inflammatory effects. I think with prostatitis, ejaculation would be painful or it could feel like it is irritating to the urethra. Not always the case, but who the he'll knows anymore. I used to think it was related to enlarged prostate also, but not the case either. I believe it's low Serotonin

The follow up was 4 months after a 1 month course of antibiotics. They had a large percentage of positive prostate fluid culture, which was negative after the follow-up.

Did you take antibiotics? What kind, how much, and how long???

I believe it might be lower bacterial load in gut after antibiotic use too.

An stuffy digestive system irritates whole nervous system.

Years ago, tried Ciprofloxacin, that stuff was brutal. I couldn't tolerate the mental effects, and stopped. Tried the Bactrim, much milder. Honestly, who knows if that stuff can penetrate the sequestered prostate anyway.

Honestly the only thing that ever worked for me to delay was Tongkat Ali, I think there is also a study showing that.
