Please help! Had sex for a while but now cant get and/or maintain an erection after using fluoride toothpaste for the first time in long time

I might as well tell this story.

Well I could be the first case, I definitely see a slight darker discoloration at the tip of my penis and a slight discoloration on the shaft of my penis. It really hurt a lot when I took the 100 mcg l-selenomethionine for atleast an hour.. When erect, I always feel at the bottom of my shaft on the underside and it used to be really hard and now it's not that hard anymore during erection.
