Nutrient Hair Test

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good (i.e. accurate and covers nutrients, minerals, heavy metals, etc.) hair test?

I've read that Five Strands and Trace Elements are decent ones. Which one has the best reputation?

I asked Ray about hair analysis in 2014 and he said toenail mineral analysis was more accurate

I had it done. Was a pretty straightforward process. You can send clippings from anywhere in the world

I did mine through trace elements twice. Consistent results. I wouldn't bother doing multiple at the same time as they are expensive.
