Masa Harina Drink

Never liked Mexican type food, usually made from wheat here,
but with masa harina discovered I love it now.
I discovered making a masa harina drink using my coffee steam wand so easy,
milk a little honey masa harina, made in a thermal cup
It thickens up nice plus no lumps with the steam injection.

Thick, hearty hot chocolate with a cinnamon flavor.

I like my Atole less thick and more like a drink.
