Hello, I have suffered with severe sexual dysfunction symptoms for many years now such as low libido and erectile dysfunction. I'm only 26 but have suffered from these symptoms for at least 5 or 6 years. I have went to my doctor to have my blood taken over the years but every time the results come back they just claim everything is "normal" and wouldn't give me any readings from my results or go into detail. I decided I wanted to check for myself privately and these are my results. Please help me, my symptoms are making me suicidal and I'm at a loss of what to do anymore.

ALBUMIN - 44.8 g/L (35-50)

SHBG - 20.6 nmo/L (18.3-54.1)

FSH - 5.17 IU/L (1.5-12.4)

LH - 7.43 IU/L (1.7-8.6)

OESTRADOIL - 68.8 pmo/L (41-159)

TESTOSTERONE - 10.3 nmo/L (8.64-29)

FREE TEST - 0.24 nmo/L (0.2-0.62)

FREE ANDROGEN INDEX - 50 ratio (24-104)

PROLACTIN - 312 mU/L (86-324)

I will add I took that blood sample in the afternoon, whereas I have been told test levels can fluctuate after waking up. Unfortunately due to work commitments this was the only time I could give blood. Thanks again and I hope to hear from someone.

Hey @English you will get more help here than from Doctors who just look at numbers over symptoms. To get the most help here let everyone know your lifestyle and diet. You have high prolactin and test is on the low side. I had similar numbers and my low test was due to low thyroid and a number of other things that have been fixed over a number of years through a Ray peat style of eating. Until your diet is of adequate calories and on point macros/ micros supplements will likely cause more harm than good. On the non diet side of things not saying this is you but excessive fapping and porn are two things that will seriously destroy your sexual function and relationships and not having them as a part of your life will greatly help with natural desire for your spouse.
Good luck, hope you solve your problems it will take time though.

forget diet, supplements and advises , asap go to your doctor and ask for mri scan for pituitary tumor. I don't want to scare you but what you write on your post tell me pituitary adenoma. This is not cancer but you have to take medicines like cabergoline or bromocriptine under supervision of an endocrinologist. 1st thing in the morning go to mri scan, at least you may eliminate pituitary benign tumor by scan and after that look for diet, life style, supplements and other advises like no fap no porn.

I don't see anything that points to pituitary tumor. Depending which pituitary tumor it is (what part of pituitary it's located) it increases secretion of pituitary hormones to unnatural levels. TSH, ACTH, GH, prolactin etc. It's not a prolactinoma for sure and unlikely to be other kinds either from the symptoms. In six years a tumor would likely caused visual issues too.

TT probably around 30% higher in the morning
Prolactin subclinically high (can also be a bit higher in the morning). A lot of men have same prolactin value without sexual issues so it doesn't explain issues alone.
LH high relative to testosterone > primary hypogonadism. Around 8-12 nmol/l is the cutoff for hypogonadism in mainstream medicine.
Estrogen is quite low but in line with testosterone.

Other than increasing testosterone without inhibiting aromatasation maybe increasing dopamine/reducing serotonin could help. Generally high androgens and dopamine drive sexual function.
