Some not ideal, but bare in mind 5 years ago my blood work showed massive excess of cortisol and prolactin - double the upper limit. I've bolded the obvious problems still.

Oestradiol 135 pmol/L (Range: 41 - 159)
Testosterone 28.7 nmol/L (Range: 8.64 - 29)
Free Testosterone - Calc. 0.373 nmol/L (Range: 0.2 - 0.62)
Free Androgen Index 39.05 Ratio (Range: 24 - 104)
Prolactin 323 mU/L (Range: 86 - 324) within range but still high.

DHEA Sulphate 8.160 umol/L (Range: 4.34 - 12.2)

CRP HS 1.25 mg/L (Range: < 5)

Ferritin 213 ug/L (Range: 30 - 400)

Bump, one year later, haha! Surprised this never got any feedback at all. @haidut do you have any thoughts on the irregularities here?

I'm aware of how to address low Vit D, btw, but I'm curious about the very high SHBG, slightly high estradiol, high prolactin, etc. If there's any specific insight to be gleaned from the interplay between these numbers...

Looks pretty good tbh, maybe cort, e2 and prolactin too high still (prolactin apparently being a great marker to judge systemic estrogen)

how do you feel? any nagging symptoms?

It all looks pretty good, keep in mind the average westerner’s SHBG is TRASHED from all the muscle meat and igf1 + insulin resistance dropping it very low.

you could always eat less fat and some extra sugar since fructose somewhat lowers SHBG.
