How to reduce lower abdominal fat?

I'm skinny in every area of my body except my lower abdominal area. Perhaps not as aggerated in person 4 in the image below (lol), but probably around half of that.

Is this kind of belly generally a result of too much stress? Are there any ways to reduce the fat in this area?

lose weight, increase androgens, increase stearic acid intake, & maybe rub coconut oil on that area to try to saturate it(?)

also fix your pelvic tilt. poor lower back posture can lead to belly hang

also try bodybuilding stomach vacuums to tighten up your transverse abs

these tips are great
also look into lower cross syndrome, i have some issues/imbalances there myself
adding some sprints, a few sessions a week, helps as well

Could be distension from gut issues ie mold toxicity, SIBO, etc. Fat storage location can be hormonally driven as well

I am thinking the gut issue too, like it is inflammation in the lower intestines, and not fat.
