Hi everyone, (30M) here, I've just done a blood test. Unfortunately, it would take me months to see a doctor here in Canada and even then, I wouldn't put too much faith in their reading.
Should I be concerned about my progesterone which is out of range? I have an autoimmune disease but my hormonal panel was always great until now. Thanks!

One marker out of range once is usually no cause for concern. ALT seems a bit on the higher end to me though indicating liver support would be a good idea.

Thanks for the response, My testosterone dropped by 40% in the span of 18 months and my progesteroneone levels were never out of range which is why I found it to be concerning.

My liver enzymes used to be much higher. I have Ulcerative Colitis, which I'm managing with some herbs, making my liver work overtime. I've heard good things about Milk Thistle, hopefully, that'll help. Do you have any suggestions on how to safely decrease the progesterone levels?

I would do several liver flushes if I was in this position. Would help decongest the liver.
