Interesting article on polycosinol and potential use for atherosclerosis and calcification.
I've used doses from about 10 mg to 50 mg without any noticeable issues. I think it may have lowered a somewhat elevated cholesterol but not 100% on that.
Study says for rats dose of about 10 mg pet kilograms which for a human be in the grams daily.
Anybody used policosanol in higher doses any drawbacks/side effects.
Don't necessarily need it but being Type 1 diabetic for 37 years may try running a higher dose. "Drano" for my arteries.
