Try soaking in a tub with lots of Epsom salt for 20- 30 minutes before bed. I have sleep issues and that seems to help.

I recently read sleeping on a grounding mat, to discharge positive charge in your body can help with sleep, but I haven’t tried it yet. Good luck.
