Anyone have experience of supplementing with Flowers of Sulphur as a replacement for MSM?

Ray recommended dosage of 200mg per day if I recall correctly. Can Flowers of Sulphur be taken regularly as a solution to sulphure deficiency?

Edit:
Sorry title was supposed to be - Flowers of Sulphur vs MSM

No. From what I understand FOS can not be taken regularly.

Any idea why not? Some take MSM regularly so I wonder why Flowers of Sulphur is not recommended to take regularly?

FOS is to be used therapeuticly. Not as a dietary supplement.

A lot of people take MSM or DMSO regularly to cure a (percieved?) sulphur deficiency. MSM is only 34% elemental Sulphur whereas FoS is 100% elemental Sulphur. I can't see any reason why MSM is safe to take regularly while FoS is not for some reason.

Wait to see if others respond.

I even question those taking msm supplements.
Why not get bioavailable sulphur from eggs, milk, etc.

Well Sulphur in the form of MSM certainly helps with arthritis which the Sulphur in real food cannot do.
