Update:

I think the b vitamin complex and vitamin K are making a big difference. Days he takes it he definitely has more energy and seems less tired.

He also has not had any alcohol in a week, longest time in without booze in years and his face already looks slimmer. He's on a round of amoxicillin for an infection he picked up from a needle injection site in his hand while in the hospital and I think that is likely having other secondary benefits.

All and all a pretty good week post heart event.

Anyone curious the b complex is by Lifeblud.com aside from Idea labs energin this is one of the best I've come across.

Thank you for this I think Ray believes that vitamin K is superior to PQQ. They are both quinones I think but k has better activity.

Haidut has also stated this.
I think q10 is worth considering. Look at Amazoniac's thread on q10 if you can find it.
