Epsom salts when taken orally relaxes the bile ducts, and it could cause (especially the first times) laxative effect, quite fast actually.

Its probably the most disgusting saturday night drink on earth.

I have seen that preached over and over on liver flush groups.

Do we have any evidence for this?

I just bought some Epsom Salts/100% sulfate/magnesium I think.

I was going to test it out with soaking/submerging my hand in it, but would it be a replacement for regular oxide supplementation orally at some level? I ask because I don't want to absorb a ton of sulfate to then also dose oxide on top of it, making it higher than necessary.
