Drink White Grape.juice Can Increase Iron?

I find this study saying that white grape juice can increase iron, anyone can tell me if this study is correct?

And i havr another question about white grape juice, anyone know the resveratol content?

probably. just don’t drink it at the same you eat meat. the resveratrol content isn’t high
