I do not get full on nose bleeds often at all. However, I see trace amounts of blood in tissues when I blow my nose first thing in the morning. I live at 6500' and in a fairly dry environment. Should I be concerned?

Try adding a humidifier by your bed at night. I was experiencing this for a bit too this past winter but increasing humidity at night fixed the problem for me.I do not get full on nose bleeds often at all.
