My husband mentioned that too. We've been sleeping inclined for less than 2 weeks. I used to not be able to breathe well through my nose when flat on my left side due to a deviated septum but now when inclined I can sleep in any position comfortably.
What inclined bed thing do you use?My husband has terrible breathing issues at night.

@Janelle525, We put 3 inch wood blocks under the legs of the head of the bed for now so not even the full incline yet!

And like Blossom said starting out at 3 inches is a good start, and then once you get use to it you can work up to the 5 degrees incline if you want. That's about 7 inches for a queen bed.

After chinstrap/mouth tape and IBT, maybe consider dust mite proof pillow case?

Ok thanks for the ideas. We currently sleep with beds on the floor so that may have to change!
