I've been quietly referencing this forum for ages as I learn more about Ray's work. I've been paleo for a long time so used to 'unconventional' ideas. The gelatin especially makes so much sense but is surprisingly something not covered much in paleo. There's high/low protein camps but not much about the actual TYPE of protein.
The omega 3/6 information was useful too as previously I'd been informed how good omega 3 was, but never noticed any benefit from taking it.
Still lots to learn though!
