What biochemistry book would you recommend for the beginners? Thank you.
It would better first to actually learn about basic anatomy and physiology. Human Anatomy and Physiology 11th edition for example. And after that it depends on how much you already know. If you took chemistry in highschool it helps. But college chemistry would be better. Its harder to learn biochemistry if you know little about chemistry to begin with. So you would need to learn a basic understanding of chemistry first. Once you clear all that out, you will be able to begin to understand and grasp biochemistry research.

Try the TMG for a few weeks and see if it improves. Thats the most direct solution so it makes sense to start there.
Most TMG supplements say to take it with the co-factors B6, Folate, and B12. Do you think this is necessary? And is 500mg a good starting point? To refresh your memory – this post is about histamine related issues, specifically urticaria.
