Hello!
Which are better for circadian rhythm?, Im going to buy some new bulbs for room lightning. Should i buy regular incandescent bulbs or get bulbs with lower colour temperature?

Are the 2200k also incandescents? If so, then they would probably have less blue + green and more orange + red. Not sure how significant it would be. It might be a nice effect as it's pretty close to a candle, which is around 1900K I think?

Thanks fot the reply! Yes, both are incandescents, but i notised they are 2400k. Not 2200k as I first wrote. Im going to order some clear 250w heatlamps from the same store so i will order some of those 2400k incandescents too, and try them out. I have red 250w heatlamps, but after reading that the clear ones are probably better i will buy some of those.
