I hace done prat for times and then stop. I would like to improve calcium to phosphate as it seems to be 1:2 ca to p. And im still on vitamin D 50000 twice a month. And whatever is in my multivitamin, as i tend to always be low. Also, im pre diabetic Nd have had pvcs lately that raise my anxiety high. They come after exercise mostly so then Im afraid to work out. I was taking a stress b mix but it had lots of niacinamide and I it would leave me with red on crojometer daily for that, so I ditched that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
