My temperature and pulse are both a little low. Average pulse is 67 and average temp is 97.3. I am looking to improve liver glycogen storage and be able to go longer without meals in order to function properly.

As an FYI that is a very basic lab panel and not overly revealing. Nothing in those numbers are crazy out of normal.

TSH at 1.97 is a little high aim to get that lower closer to 1.0

Fasting glucose at 90 is good.

Serum Bicarbonate is another way to say serum CO2 so that number is at 27 is decent.

Triglycerides are at a good level meaning your body is utilising fats carbs pretty well. Though this test was likely taken while fasting.

I'd recommend not stressing out, getting more calories potentially looking at Free T3, prolactin, etc.

A lot of people on this site are way too neurotic which complicated things in the first place and are now chasing their tails to get things back on track.

I've been a Type 1 Diabetic for 30 years so my metabolic machinery is biolically compromised a priori.

If you don't have a serious medical condition don't f**k it up by trying to dive too deep in to blowing your health by micromanaging things.

I see a lot of stupid people in my office eating a lot of stupid things and they are happy with high libidos and full heads of hair because they don't give a s**t.
