- I have made a separate post about my issues but I will post a brief summary...
Diagnosed Issues:
- Inattentive ADHD (Very little energy, focus, and motivation / Difficulties in Executive Functioning) -- Currently taking Vyvanse (not very Peaty, but it does help)
- Rosacea (Almost always spurred by embarrassment, spicy foods, exercise) -- Currently taking Doxycycline

Other Issues:
- Persistent malaise (Never enough to fall asleep, never enough to do anything other than sit. Has not changed while on Vyvanse)
- Never, ever having refreshing sleep (I have tried mouth taping, humidifier, etc. but to no avail. Everyday I wake up tired, with a dry mouth and nose. I dream often and they are very weird, but I would not consider them nightmares.)
- Consistent inability to gain weight (Even when I was off ADHD meds!)
- High mental activity, bordering on paranoia or anxiety (No anxiety attacks or anything like that, this is despite taking magnesium and other such supplements)
- Terrible short term memory, prone to mental clumsiness/mistakes
- Tired, but wired from all stimulants
- Sudden development of Asthma
- Circulation issues in the legs and feet, often feeling cold

- Incredibly irritable, sluggish, and tired after doing these things: Eating more protein, ingesting electrolytes, intense exercise

Additional Note:
-
I took 100mg of Minocycline for too long than prescribed and had to stop after noticing iron chelation and pigment discoloration on my foot. The days afterward were almost a complete reversal of my symptoms but soon after that I was back to "normal". It was weird because I likely had low iron, but never had any of the hair/nail symptoms. I just always thought this was interesting, even if it was just a reaction to stopping a medication that was harming me.
