Supposedly TSH at 3+ is absolutely an indicator of sub-optimal thyroid... Then again, I know high functioning females your age who look completely fit who have similar TSH levels...

Yeah, I was really thinking with that TSH it is probably subclinical hypo.

Yeah tsh is high,cortisol is high too.

I would use thyroid supplement to lower the tsh, to 0.5 -1.

How is your body temp?!

And maybe cortisol is high because you don't eat enough sugar?

Or your ability to store glycogen is low.

I think if your fat intake is high,lower it.increase carb intake.

Anti inflammatory things may help in that regard too.
