Almost like how after a steroid cycle; you need a PCT.

well, im not an xpert but from reading here a while it seems that daily exogenous t3 up to around 25mcg will not suppress endogenous production too much.

i also heard that endogenous thyroid hormones bounce back rather quickly, within a few days maybe?

those are probably just averages

In moderate/high amounts it will, but unlike the testes, the thyroid gland usually resumes full functioning after cessation of supplementation in a day or two. TSH will can stay suppressed for longer, but that is a good thing if your thyroid is functioning properly.
