I went to Silver Linings Playbook over the week. Eh, it's entertaining.

I hate the Internet today. But then, this is my normal feeling in January- negative, and not especially cooperative.

No and I'm totally irritated with myself. I OD'd on a particular skin care product (the infamous copper peptides)that has horror stories all over the Internet; ugh, it's just not starting out to be a good year. I also just peeled and should not have done that either. At least I have my LED.

Thyroid is on the list after PMD. I have my priorities in order....

i feel so blessed to have found this forum and the ray peat diet/lifestyle before I could even bother with the paleo diet...i go on the paleohacks and challenge all the b.s. they feed...i'm not gonna sit here and say that im in perfect health, but it's amazing how many illnesses they create for themselves..."sugar gives me sibo and i am sick for 3 days" like lol come on.

I've been experiencing a lot more sensitivity to sunlight than usual. The only thing I've been doing different;y is taking vit A, but it contains soybean oil. I'm wondering if I'm allergic and that's what caused it.

Over the next week going to work on cleaning up the threads a bit. Some threads drifted off topic, so going to get those split up. Other threads will be merged, etc etc. Time for some house cleaning!
