Yes, I just had several days of aching arm and/or leg (right side, I usually have left side symptoms). I thought about my thyroid dosing, I had only been taking t4/t3 (Novotiral) at bedtime. I stopped taking it and the pain went away. I could have added t3 in the day but wanted to see if it was the t4 causing my pain. I never had this from cynoplus so the ratio in Novotiral seems to be a problem for me unless I take extra t3.
Dr. Broda Barnes named arthritis and neuropathy (as generalized pain) as very common symptoms in hypothyroidism, and Dr. Peat recommends a 1:3 ratio, a far-cry from the 1:5 in Novotiral.

lol i remember when i was a kid and playing soccerball or some other team relates sports, my thyroid got bigger i think its due the stress. Particularly competetives sports like soccer made my really focused and aggressive.
Maybe the thread opener is right that your body tries to adapt to stress by increasing thyroid volume to overcome with stress and maintain adequate t3 levels.
