It was 2-3 tbsp per day orally. Never touching that shyt again.Did you use it topically or oraly? What dosage? Like the posted fish oil study proposed from the op? Perhaps extracted pure oil/fat in high dosages just isn't great in general?
But i can't say that olive oil ever induced skin issues for me.
There are actually "studies" where EFA's helped with skin issues and hair growth. So it's not just black and white.
But sorry you went trough that experience.
