I think you should put a break on working out for a while and don't worry about more muscle loss, it comes back easy onced achieved before.

What you absolutely should do from now on is upping carbs properly. let's say up to 200g min for the first week and than slowly increase by time.
Low carb will only worsen your condition over time, there are very few people out there doing good with low carb.

If you want to try supplements, which is nothing one should address first, you could try gelatine. It's large glycine content will prevent muscle breakdown a little. So does glycine taken as a free amino acid, but I don't advice to take it only if anything else does not help.
