looking for a large wrap made of corn or something besides wheat i want to make a wrap but it has to be large all the corn wraps i find are not big enough or something else that safer.

The local food co-op here stocks many national brand not wheat ingredient wraps\tortillas, some the size of typical pizza crust.

I've seen large wraps made of eggs, almond flour, cassava, and cauliflower at the grocery store. (Not all mixed together but single ingredient). I think even Walmart sells some of these types. I've tried the egg wraps, they were fine.

I've been using these made from almonds:

They are far from perfect, but I tolerate them well so just passing that on.
I suspect one could made their own by pressing almonds or almond flour together with some kind of binder,
maybe egg whites or slightly hydrated gelatin?
