Hi Guys
A physical therapist introduced me to Ray Peat and Ive been tracking my temp and pulse for a few weeks now.I am unsure of the accuracy of the digital thermometers I have. The one I used from the beginning had my temp always between 36.5 and 36.9. New one I bought this week has my temp at 36.0 to 36.5. Hoping that my sister will be bringing home a mercury from the America next week. Pulse is 40bpm upon waking and the highest it gets to is 60bpm.
I had bloods done at my doctors. I went asking for sleeping tablets not specifically to investigate a thyroid issue. Would appreciate if anyone could give me some advice.
Symptoms: Chronic pain for years. Balding in my early 20's. Highly stressed for years. Cant switch off. Terrible sleep. Terrible diet for years but significant changes over past month. Constant bloating for a long time.
