You cannot measure tissue bound androgens, can you? So these blood tests are also, stupidly overrated

Neuroactive from South Africa. 98% extract and the company provides a coa. Plus I can't even say I get a boost of dopamine from it, so maybe my problem is not dopamine. Maybe I should rather try a 60% extract instead of a 98% extract

Estradiol is always between 20 and 35
Prolactin is good as well

I tried it it made me worse

When I eat more fruit and vegetables
Which all are high in sugar sodium magnesium and potassium
I feel I can last 10 more seconds

It seems what micheal said that some of us run on stress hormones

Even baking soda makes me last little longer

But I wanna control my ejaculation

I don’t want to be controlled by ejaculation

I really am interested on how to reverse our state of shiiiit

SHBG is seen as a inactivator of androgens, but this is not so. It actuyally has an receptor on tissues, making SHBG bound testosteron or estrogen bioactive.
DHT and estradiol both bind with the same affinity to SHBG.
So to shift the balance toward testosteron you want to displace estradiol from SHBG, making more room for testosterone to bind.
Thus more bioavailable testosteron to bind to tissue with SHBG-R.

using 5-HTP, without carbidopa will not get serotonin into the brain, but stays in the body and gives you the bad effects.
So never use 5-HTP without that or just use Mucuna Puriens, which has L-dopa and Carbidopa naturally in it.

when i take a 2-3 hour baking soda bath i can last alot longer otherwise i always go fast. Organism are extermely good better then regular sex for me and if i get out of bath not as good. Have to be in there for a while and 1kg more like 2kg.

Yohimbine and some magnesium an hour ahead is pretty good. Then 2 sets of jumping jacks close to failure, then 2 sets of push-ups. A big part imo is getting your body to wake-up ahead of time so that the physical side of things later doesn't trigger a sudden stress response. Breathing is big too, you want to exhale slow and take shallow breaths in. Another factor is where your lady is at in her cycle, generally closer to the period = harder to climax, in which case foreplay is going to be extra critical. Another massive factor is getting yourself a woman you understands the value of self stimulation and patience. If you see she is running out of patience it is like the most stressful thing there is. Two way street.

Baking soda, lowers prolactin hormone. Could mean serotonin is too active on the 5-HT1A and makes to much prolactin.
5-HT1A overstimulation can lead to premature ejaculation.
B6 lowers prolactin.

Can someone tell me if they believe the general consensus that low Serotonin is implicated in premature ejaculation ? I ask because I know the ideology on this forum is that serotonin is bad, but is it ever possible to have low Serotonin ? I e tried tons of magnesium, and things that slow down CNS activity supplement wise, but no luck. I'm desperate to experiment with tryptophan
If you say 'low serotonin' that could mean different things, but usually this implies low levels in the body. Else low activity in the brain on the receiving post-synaptic receptor but it could also mean depleted serotonin stored in synaptic vesicles.
But in case of PE this can mean stimulation of 5-HT1 receptors in the brain.
You need some serotonin activity in the brain, to modulate together with GABA other neurotransmitters. Excessive serotonin of course, no no. I like to see serotonin be modulated and not run amok.

..and so, when you look in the brain it is serotonin activity on 5-HT1A that, if overactive leads to shorter ejaculation latency / premature.
but stimulation of 5HT2C will delay ejaculation.

To be sure you need to know your SHBG levels.
But, looking at this... if your T is already high up, and prolactin is not low, you are good.
So that could mean, in the case for pre-ejaculation, increase NMDA-activity, with a little DHEA and Pregnenolone.

Sounds like disorder of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-testicular axis.
high caffeine intake, excessive stress, cortisol and epinephrine -> exhaustion of the dopamine-acetylcholine system. And results in CNS fatigue, and in your case PE.
The serotonin-gaba system cannot modulate dopamine-acetylcholine interaction anymore.
This leaves you with high levels of serotonin and tryptophan metabolites and cause brainfog.
