I found a Peaty supplement called Apetamin that people are using as an appetite stimulant, it is hard to find info about it, but I found this list of ingredients:
Each 5ml contains:
Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride (anhydrous) BP 2mg
L-Lysine Hydrochloride USP 150mg
Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 2mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 1mg
Nicotinamide BP 15mg
Dexpanthenol BP 4.5mg
There are a few sellers on ebay, and reviews on youtube of people wanting to gain weight with it with good results! I am currently using cypro at .5 mg a day and I gained about 2-3 lbs in just a week, which for me is a good thing! It has also lowered my adrenaline, I feel like my body is getting a rest. Looks like the research about lysine and vitamin B3 is out there, so I guess combining lysine gives an even better effect if you are wanting to reduce serotonin and I know there has been some discussion on here as well. I don't think I would buy this supplement its pretty expensive, but I might experiment with lysine and niacinamide more.
