Hey again Vlad,

After watching this;

I think experimenting with yoghurt may be in my interest for calcium and gut health. Very interesting that the effect is the same regardless of whether the LB is alive or dead.

I sued to make home made kefir from raw milk and authentic caucasian kefir grains. Tasted really sour and was way easier to digest, but stopped due digestive issues like sibo. I remember eating the grains itself, because I was trying to get rid of my stomach pain and indigestion. Had a really good effect on my stomach ,but caused some histamine intolerance issues. Not sure if it was the bacteria itself though.

I’m way more calm and it’s lot easier to go sleep for me when I eat a carnivore meal for my last one, like a good chunk of fatty grassfed beef, I sleep like a baby
Carbs in the evening make me anxious and nervous, but not in the day

It's one of the reasons I fell back on the meat train, unfortunately last night I had leg cramps again and while I fell asleep with no issue, I woke up 5hrs later and couldn't get back to sleep. I popped a magnesium pill and the problem disappeared within 30mins but I think I'm eating too much protein and have decided to drop the bacon for scrambled eggs with blueberries and a 3rd afternoon meal of yoghurt.

Also gonna make stewed apples to help maintain glycogen stores since they are fairly easy to digest.

Every day my body is gravitating closer and closer to paleo

I've made kefir before too but I didn't like the taste compared to regular greek yoghurt. I plan to take it plain with ginger to aid digestion and see how it compares to meat which I'm eating too much of imo \o/

Waking temp was 36.3 though so if nothing else I can say that a cleaner gut leads to better temp

No increase in libido whatsoever, till this moment, on carnivore diet.
How long have you been on it? I remember it took 3-4 weeks for libido to ramp up. Guess in the adjustment period the body was shocked and put the sexual function to a lesser importance, and slowly, once the adrenaline / cortisol / gluconeogenesis systems are ramped up, libido went up.

I,ve been on it for more than 5 weeks.
Could still be a short time, we,ll see. I notice other benefits, so will keep going. Fingers crossed.

I for one don’t have any bias and zero issue totally flipping off my dietary ideas. N=1: if we’re talking hair and general health, nothing beats my mock-Kempner diet (white rice, fruit, juice, coconut milk, fish, yolks). Same very low residue and tons of fast burning energy. If we’re talking about incredible erections... nothing beats pomegranate and watermelon #TMI
What does a typical day look like for you with regards to meals?

I made it extremely simple.
Up to three meals per day of ground beef, till satiety, and this is 95% of the diet.
Drinks are water, tea and herbal infusions.
I take some supps as well.
I cheated a few times with papaya, which is growing ripe now in Cyprus, but didn,t notice much of a difference. Deffly not craving carbs like mad.
I occasionally eat some lamb liver as well, and some other meats and shrimps, but rarely.

How has your weight been since you switched over to this way of eating? I remember before you said you found it hard to shift weight?

You remember well. I was desperate and had a nervous breakdown.
Now, fat is coming down at a slow, but promising pace. We,ll see how it goes further.

Besides this, I've eaten more read meat in the past 3 days, and feeling surprisingly good. My strength has gone up in my workouts, and doing the exercises does not drain me so much.
I wonder what clues does this give me. Red meat is higher in Iron indeed, but also Zinc.
And high in Phosphorus unfortunately, so bad for the hair.

So it seems like beef / read meat raises both my energy and strength.
Gonna need a lot of calcium from milk if I'm going to raise my phosphorus intake again.
Anyone got any thoughts on this?
Over the summer I would drink a pint of OJ immediately upon waking, then follow it up with a 12 oz. ribeye for breakfast, with two fried eggs, toast, and coffee with cream and sugar. Never felt better in my life. I actually looked forward to waking up every day, which is extremely unusual for me.

Many of us on this forum have done the Carnivore Diet. There are amazing libido benefits that people experience on the diet. Granted, sometimes it's not long-term as it was in my case, but I was thinking on how we can extract and get the same benefits on a Peat-inspired diet.
I got some of my hardest erections ever on Carnivore.

I’ve tried literally every diet (not joking) and eating only fatty beef, salt, and water is probably the worst thing you can do for semen retention BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU SO DAMN VIRILE AND HORNY. It’s like being on adderall, viagra, and anabolic steroids at once. Check out zerocarb reddit or google “carnivore diet” best thing I ever did
So what's exactly the secret here and how we can get the same benefits without the negatives?
Is it the high-protein intake? The high animal (saturated) fat intake? The high nutrient density? The Creatine, Carnitine? The high cholesterol?
Semen retention is the golden pill, it what turns a boy into a man

I have to agree. Been on the carnivore diet, and damn I felt the same way. So horny, erections were so tough, and was "virile" etc etc. I stopped the diet and it disappeared little by little.
What way of eating are you following right now?

As is often the case, the link could have been totally casual and experience anecdotal. Sorry but this isn't worth a thread. I’ve had really good sex lately right after being pissed off full of adrenalin and cortisol. So maybe there’s your answer right there. Unless the connection was also casual and the experience anecdotal. People also get very horny on high sugar diets. And go flaccid on low carb.
This is why people like makeup sex.

You should see him off-cycle. I really can't take anyone who claims he's natty seriously. It's like Liver King fans all over again. Every carnivore grifter I see online is clearly on juice, and then the natty followers that are brave enough to post bodies are nothing like that, not even remotely close.

It's literally the same grift too.
- Multimillionaire
- Makes money solely off being jacked to give credibility to claims (this is where the roids come in).
- He says the secret is expensive cuts of meat from online butcheries that sponsor him, so you have to spend $80 a day to eat.
- Is promoted by the beef industry because they love people spending $80 a day on beef. For example, he's been promoted in "BEEF Magazine." Every time I go to Costco there's a bunch of fat people digging through the steaks trying to find the best one.
- Constant "us vs them" crap even though this stuff is on the top page of Google SEO results so it's clearly backed by corporations

Then they call me a vegan for pointing it out. I love meat, but you're not a cat. Go eat 150g of carbs; it won't kill you, and you'll stop deteriorating your brain from glucose deficiency.
