So ive been dealing with dandruff for years now and it it only big a huge issue after it spread to my beard.
only antibiotics gave me the longest relief.
The exact form i have is sebboreic dermatitis Sicca. Which is of the dry type.
my flakes are small like dust.
I stumbled upon this paper. Which found that no matter how much b6 people consumed those with my condition barely saw an improvement.
now at first you could say well you need the active form of b6 for things to really work.
but thats not what happened here. The moment they created an alcohol base of b6 and put it in an ointment and applied it topically the skin healed! They didnt use p5p
So whats going on here? Why isnt b6 reaching our skin?
