Guys/gals could you advise on the best capsule/tablet brands and or form for =

vitamin d3
K2 (mk4 or combo with mk7)
Magnesium

Not looking for topicals, drops e.t.c.
I’m in the uk but willing to buy from USA.

On iherb I found the brand "sports research", they have activated charcoal and vitamin d3 in caps with coconut oil. There are one or two more possible ingredients like lecithin and vegetable glycerin. I'm curious what people think about it.
