I had high serotonin even when my estrogen was crashed. I speak from experience. It probably isnt common but it can definitely happen. Many people these days are very high serotonin unless they go out of their way to change that like I did.

Yes. Quite a bit of childhood trauma. Probably why I ended up here looking for answers to health problems. Anyway, my battle with serotonin is ongoing but cypro and progesterone are absolutely crucial for me.

Those are the main things I've found to work well.

Listening to those 5 videos in the OP, I remember in the past I used to listen to a lot of those type of sounds daily, actually androgens were up really good. I thought that those type of sounds would not be healthy, now I would question myself why I don't listen to these type of sounds anymore?

Many of those are very low frequency sounds, I wouldn't be surpized some might not even hear them or have bad speakers that don't even produce some of the ultra low frequencies.

Some of the sounds are similar to Star Trek original series, background noises from various locations, also the sounds from the Star Trek TNG were really so nice for me, you can find all of them on youtube, seems people have put them on hours long loops.

I make alterations from time to time as far as dosage goes but I'm currently using 20mg. I do get some anti androgenic side effects but at this time the anti estrogen and anti cortisol effects are more important to me than avoiding these side effects.

I completely forgot about the videos a few hours later. Went to the gym completely forgetting about it.

2 days ago I struggled to bench 80 kg 3x5. I failed on the last rep and had to roll it off my stomach.

Today I EASILY benched 80 kg 2x5 and even did the last set at 8 reps because it suddenly felt easy.

I'm 100000000000000000% sure that these videos WORK.

For some reason it doesn't seem to work for everyone. I also send the androstenol video to someone because I was a 100 percent positive that he would feel something (because i did ) and he didn't feel anything.
As with supplements too there seem to be some non responder to those things . At least I don't have a better explanation so far..

I have also been using androsterone maybe two to three times a week, sometimes pansterone and 11 keto dht ..

That is the first I have seen someone say their Testosterone was 4700ng or anything close to it.
I do not think I have seen anyone with more than 1300ng so far with actual bloodwork. Maybe I should be more bodybuilding forums, I don't know.
