Belly Button Infection - Glutamate Connection?

I had posted around 2 years ago how eating boiled shitake mushrooms brought about the worst Belly Button infection of my life (Attached photo will give you an idea).

Its like a semi hard thing slowly trying to come out from my navel, and once it does it bursts out like a boil and carries pus, blood etc. Very painful 4-5 days.

Last week I was eating out for the first time at an Asian restaurant and ate some Chicken noodles. That night the same horror returned. I called up the restaurant and asked them what ingredients they used and the Guy mentioned a few things along with fish and oyster sauce. I dont personally use any Asian sauces for my cooking so immediately narrowed down to those 2 as being the culprits. Fish/Oyster sauce contain MSG and are very high in Glutamate like Shitake Mushrooms.

Now i get gut-neurological issues from other high glutamate foods especially Bone broth, Walnuts, Peas but nothing painful like this infection from specifically eating Shitake mushrooms, Asian Sauces.

Has anyone else experienced this or know why these reactions happen when only having Mushrooms/Asian Sauces? Is the solution to stop eating them alltogether or is there a Glutamate clearance issue.

If it is a boil as you describe: my understanding is boils are bacterial related. Staphylococcus?
I personally would stop eating said foods or anything in it’s class. I then would highly consider a topical “antibiotic” wash (hibiclens?) followed by neem oil. Aspirin orally too as a start.
Just quick thoughts. Let’s see what others say.

Thanks @Momma . 2 years ago at its 1st onset, the doc did diagnose it as Staph infection after a swab test. I took 1 week of antibiotics and the issue resolved. My dad also had an incident sometime back where he had asian restaurant prawns fried rice and immediately suffered a minor UTI. Perhaps some hereditary enzyme deficiency but hard to conclude. Both my maternal and paternal side family have had liver failures due to alcohol abuse and colon cancer too.
