Understanding Calcium

i don’t really have dairy at all for a while because it used to make me bloated, etc typical dairy reaction for those sensitive.

Recently I included 2 glasses of milk a day and some notes:
- no bloat this time, maybe some acne. Interesting I’ve regained the ability to digest milk, possibly because I went no starch which solved endotoxin issues
- very quiet mind, easy to make my thinking on one thing and less rumination
- feeling strong (physically) and androgenic, assertive/calm

Now I’ve also noticed this: sudden onset of twitching the first day, and I already take quite a bit of magnesium and potassium, and get good sodium intake. Maybe an effect of sudden repletion? I really think I averaged <200mg calcium daily.

Also noticed I’m more thirsty, almost specifically for water and not other juices. Nothing crazy but it’s there.

Also, without testing PTH can I say that blood calcium is useless? It was middle range before this experiment.
