i like to have pasteurized skim milk in my diet but every-time i tried it causes me problems.
First: pasteurized skim milk gives me bloodsugar crashes, i don't know why because skim milk has a GI score of 32.
If i eat white rice (has a gi score at 73) with nothing else, i don't have this problem and have instant energy for hours.
Second, I get pain when I urinate.
My first thought was kidney stones,
But study's shows that milk and/or calcium decrease kidney stones.
And calcium is also not the cause because when i take 4 grams calcium from 8 grams eggshell powder, i don't got any problems.
So i am not sure that this is a stone issue.
3th, its makes me bloat, actually more dairy products makes me bloat, like rice milk, quark, cottage cheese and casein powder.
But i have eating tons of this food in the past, but never got pain from it when I urinate.
Whey powder, butter and goat milk does not bloat me.
So probably milk sugars and casein are not the cause of my problems to.
so what could it be?
