Probiotics Thoughts?

So I posted a bit ago about positives/negatives of a diverse microbiome
My practitioner after looking at a stool test recommended the probiotic below to start taking before bed. Overall I have not noticed much difference besides possibly causing my constipation. I am just curious if people think this has the potential of raising serotonin? That is my main concern With this.

I have had good success with Mutaflor though. I also have found S. Boulardii very helpful for diarrhea. I have debated L. Reuteri but haven't got the courage yet.

I haven't found probiotics in general helpful except the Mutaflor and S. Boulardii.
