Has anyone out there looked into this new birth control app that tracks body temp to indicate fertility? I'm wondering if supplementing with Progest-E (I use it 4-5 days prior to menstruation) would minimize efficacy of the app?

Hi Adnada,
I'm not expert in this area.
I think it's possible that you might be able to affect not just your pattern of temperatures, but also your actual fertility by using progest-e. I'm not sure if that is your intention.
If you haven't seen this thread, you may find something relevant there:

I currently use the fertility friend app (previously I was trying to conceive). I take progest-e once I ovulate to when I start menstruating, usually 12-14 days. I take a few drops and it doesn’t seem to delay periods.
