Magnesium malate brand recommendation

I want to start magnesium malate to excrete the excess aluminum out of tissues, but I'm hesitating on getting the Seeking Health brand.

It looks like some time between 2014 and now, they switched from malic acid source from apples. The product is referred to as Albion® dimagnesium malate now. This product still seems to be the only one without additives on Amazon.

For those who tried it, do you still recommend the Seeking Health brand?

Tagging @ddjd who I saw mention this brand.

Thank you!

I tried that brand and got diarrhea. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to dissolve or not but it never dissolved like magnesium glycinate does and it irritated my gut.

I’ve tried almost every magnesium supplement out that and that’s the one I’m currently using with no issues

I've tried three different seeking health magnesium brands with no improvement. The only magnesium that's helped me is sourced naturals. No idea why as I think it's got fillers

Thanks all for the recommendations. It looks like the Albion base product is ubiquitous now?

I guess I'll have to try a couple of brands and monitor symptoms.
