Hi folks,
I'm quite new to the Peat world, and a particular topic that gets some attention
in other dietary circles is the concept of hormesis. Some examples of this would
be resistance training and short-term fasting: the judicious application of stressors
in order to evoke a hormetic response. Sometimes this is called overcompensation,
particularly when discussing resistance training.
Since stress reduction is such a pervasive Peat theme, I'm quite curious to know
what folks think.
Regards,
- Scott
