im talking this level of balding, empty on the temples, diffuse thinning on the middle

What is the current forum consensus on balding? I saw ray mentioned a couple months ago that 15 minutes of massaging could help, obviously we know that having optimal thyroid function and sunlight is good. What do you think?

Seems like oral Minoxidil is working for plenty with incredible results.

I had that same baldness at 19...just living in a 3rd world country
yeah...4th world countries are more often than not , immuned to hairloss

I recommend reading "Baldness: A Social History" By Kerry Segrave so as to not reinvent the wheel.

I tried topical Minoxidil and it felt as if something was squeezing my heart. I used it for several month with no result.

I specifically said "oral".

60% of the population lacks the sulfotransferase enzyme in hair follicles

But everyone has it in the liver, hence why taken orally Minoxidil can convert to Minoxidil sulfate and has a 100% success rate in studies at a 5mg dose.

Did Minoxidil help you ?
I brief search shows the following:
This medicine causes a temporary increase in hair growth in most people. Hair may grow longer and darker in both men and women. This may first be noticed on the face several weeks after you start taking minoxidil. Later, new hair growth may be noticed on the back, arms, legs, and scalp. After treatment with minoxidil has ended, the hair will stop growing, although it may take several months for the new hair growth to go away.
Side effects :

  1. Increase in hair growth, usually on face, arms, and back
  2. Breast tenderness in males and females
  3. headache
  4. Chest pain
  5. shortness of breath
  6. Fast or irregular heartbeat
  7. weight gain (rapid) of more than 5 pounds (2 pounds in children)

Its definitely possible - homeless people prove it to be true

The Sad Reality is that Homeless people have better metabolisms than most people on RP for the mere fact they live outside away from all the stressors in a modern home and don't have jobs
Proof?

You are just 22 and already lost half of your hair ? That sucks ...
Did you go through some stress recently or dietary changes ? Any idea what caused it ?
yes, overbearing mother, social isolation, OCD, porn addiction.

I have very low recession when contrasting My Family Tree, From 2 Brothers to 4-5 Uncles on Both sides (age factored).

Moderate Exercise, Plain Aspirin 160-325mg daily. High Carbohydrate intake, Protein, 40-125g (15-50g Gelatin 3x/wk) Low-Fat Milk, Vit D, Vit K, 5-8mg DHEA, Cheese, Low-Moderate Starch. Sleep. I drink alot of Coffee & Black Tea, Mex-Coke also.

Thats about it! If I could get More Sunshine that would be Ideal.

Sounds like very solid protocol. Thanks for sharing!

Here are a few select quotes from Walken on one of his favorite subjects: his hair.

"My hair is famous. But even before I was famous, people were talking about my hair, complimenting it, criticizing it, commenting on it, all my life. When I was a kid the other kids used to talk about my hair."
"There's a theory that my hair grows right out of my brain"
"They say that men lose their hair because over the years the skin on the scalp tightens, the blood gets cut off,and the hair dies, like grass,so the thing is to keep the scalp loose by pulling on it"
"It's just a force of nature. It's like animals with the colored feather and tails. If I had a tail, I wouldn't need the hair"

Hey OP,
+1 to incorporate more bone broth / gelatin into your diet.

Also - are you washing your hair with mainstream shampoos / conditioners?
Recommend quitting that. Maybe switch to a Castile soap (like Dr. Bronners) with Apple Cider Vinegar & water sprayed on as conditioner.

Feel the skin on your face, how it is thin and you can feel the tissue underneath. Now feel the tissue on your scalp. Everyone with MPB has this thickness where there's thinning of the hair - sometimes peeling, extra sebum, calcification, and swelling - but it is definitely not like the skin on your face. So you need to reverse that and then get more blood to the top of the tissue. I would also bet the lack of blood source feeding the scalp follows the same pattern per the individual's baldness pattern.

Interesting how MPB makes you look like a middle aged man.
