According to Ray’s work, lowering free fatty acids seems to be an essential factor in promoting proper health and regeneration, so I thought I’d post a few studies I found.
Copper Nicotinate: https://www.researchgate.net/public...ic_acid_complex_for_non-alcoholic_fatty_liver
“sera and hepatic tissue total lipids were significantly decreased during the time course of the experiments”
I wasn’t sure how to calculate the HED for the above study, but this study below seems to show the safety of high doses of this complex. (https://www.researchgate.net/public...s_of_blood_and_on_copper_level_in_serum_liver)
Also, while I found many mentions on the forum of aspirin lowering free fatty acids, I couldn’t find any dose recommendations. So, I thought I’d post this study.
Salicylates:

If either of these were already posted, that’s my bad.
