I see that I've been sequestered to the "Specific Users" section and I'm not exactly sure what that means but it probably isn't good. :)

I woke up this morning dripping sweat, and when I got up ( stood up) my heart rate was 115. When I walked up and down the stairs to get coffee it was 130. My whole body was shaking ( this is not new, but I had gotten sort of a break from it for a while) mildly and I felt distinctly dizzy, some muscles were fasciculating.

My diarrhea is a little back. This is after one week off cyproheptadine and absolutely no other drugs, not even blood pressure meds. Low cramping, back pain, this weird contraction sort of pain when I pee. I've been having rigors -- deep sweat, then chill. Deep sweat, then chill. I have a kind of disoriented feeling most of the time.

I've been going to doctors for non-specific symptoms including tremor and super-adrenal response since March, and I was roughly managing with Peat tricks. But now I have another call to make. I am really thinking my gallbladder operation left me with an additional occult infection, something septic. Since the operation my white blood count ( not cd57 NK cells) has been laboratory low for the first time in my life. I never have a low whole white blood count. Then there are the chills and rigors and the rest of it.

Do you think this is worth bugging the doctor about? These people are so sick of me; it seems like I'm in there every week getting shunted off to another specialist. There are good reasons not to go to the ER, for example if you have a low WBC, the Emergency Room in a busy city is the last place you should be.

What do you guys think? Does this sound *different* than what I've been going on about all year? Or *the same*?
