I've been reading around on these two aromatase inhibitors. It seems letrozole is the most powerful, with longer lasting effects, but exemestane seems "safer", with less side-effects.

Anyone who has tried them and can give a quick comparison?

One of the small side effects I read with exemestane is hair loss in some users. An Arimidex a small side effect is hair thinning in some users. Haven't checked out Letrozole.

Would anyone be able to speculate as to the mechanism of hair Loss?

I've read ONCE a progesterone receptor shutdown. So that'd be quite bad for hair health.

I think that taking AIs is a bid idea. Improving glucose metabolism and liver glucuronidation are much more important ie. eating a strict low fat diet
